Description
‘Ogon’ is a tiny-leaved spreading ground cover sedum that is noted for its bright gold foliage. It typically forms a dense mat growing to only 2” high and creeping to 12” wide or more. Individual rounded leaves are only 1/4” wide. Best golden leaf color usually occurs with some part afternoon shade.
This beautiful succulent will brighten up a rock garden, wall, container or any place a small scale, shallow rooted groundcover is needed. The low mat has bright golden yellow flowers in the spring. Needs good drainage, sun to light shade (all but the hottest sun) and moderate water.
Ogon is very similar in appearance to “Baby Tears” – another tiny plant we love.
Mature plants are shipped in half-gallon pot.
