Welcome to Jerry’s Jungle. Cool Plants for Cool People. We’re a Mom & Pop Shop located in the historic district of downtown Albany, GA. We grow and sell rare, unusual and just great plants! We love Citrus*, Brugmansias, Begonias, Herbs, Tropicals and Perennials of all kinds.
Since we have a brick and mortar business that keeps us busy, and also a web and graphic design business, we’ve decided to ship twice per week unless there is a holiday. Shipping days depend on our schedules, but usually we ship on Mondays and Fridays.
If you’re looking to buy flats or half flats of any of our plants listed here, we’ll need at least three months** notice to propagate. Contact us here on Etsy and we’ll send a special offer. If you are looking for something not listed here, contact us through Etsy. We may already have it in stock or be able to propagate from our existing stock.
If you receive a plant that is damaged in the mail, please know that we use Etsy Priority Shipping. Packages are insured for up to $100. I will gladly provide any information you need to file a claim with your local post office. It is up to the receiver to file a claim with the United States Postal Service.

Please be aware of your state laws. If your package is confiscated by any Department of Agriculture, or damaged during inspection by any Department, I will NOT refund your shipping costs and will ONLY refund “Item Cost” if and when the PLANTS ARE RETURNED ALIVE.
We package our items as carefully as possible and use extra care at our expense to make the plant as safe as possible. We only send plants packaged as well as we’d like to receive. If plants are damaged by the postal service, I will assist you in filing a claim by supplying a copy of the shipping label, but once the plant reaches you, if damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with your local post office.
If you receive a plant that is dead, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your plant with pictures of the plant. With the exception of succulents, potted plants must be watered daily in hot weather. I am not responsible for replacing or refunding plants that do not receive proper care.
*All citrus is certified by the Georgia Citrus Growers Association.
* We’re sorry, but we do not ship citrus to Arizona, California, Florida, Louisiana and Texas.
**Some items can be rooted sooner and some may take longer – it depends on what you’re looking for.

- We guarantee our plants to be healthy at the time of shipment and true to scientific name to the best of our knowledge.
- We do not hold orders more than 2 weeks. Orders delayed by request are subject of availability at time of shipping. Out of stock items will be refunded.
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday on first come, first basis, within 3-7 days, using FedEx or Priority mail. Contact us to expedite your order.
- All claims must be submitted in writing only, and only within 24 hours after delivery. Please include picture of item if it is damaged.
- We can not be responsible for any damage occurred during transportation. Damaged or lost packages must be claimed with the carrier.
- We can’t guarantee the plants to be alive if they a shipped without temperature control (heat pack) in winter or if they are overheated in summer. Monitor weather in your area. If it’s too hot or too cold, notify us, we can hold your order for a few days. Consider using Heat Packs in winter time. You will receive shipping confirmation email with tracking. Make sure delivered package is not sitting on your porch all day. If weather is not permitting, plants could be shipped at your own risk only.
